Refund Policy - the basics
1. Eligibility for Exchanges and Refunds:
a. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged candle or defective non candle product, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the item.
b. Incorrect Items: If we ship you the wrong product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the item.
2. Exchanges:
a. We will gladly exchange damaged, defective, or incorrect items for the same product or a similar one if the original product is unavailable.
b. To request an exchange, please contact us at kismycandle@gmail.com or 410-255-6027 and provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
c. Exchanged items will be shipped to you at no additional cost for reasons mentioned in section 2a.
3. Refunds:
We do not offer any refunds.
4. Conditions for Eligibility:
a. The product must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and unopened.
b. Any product damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or failure to follow care instructions is not eligible for exchange.

b. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item.
c. We will respond to your request within 2 business days with instructions on how to return the item.
6. Shipping of Returns:
a. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
b. Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except for situations where KismyCandle is at fault.
